Cook from frozen until fully cooked. You can simmer the meatballs in sauce over low heat with the lid on or bake them in the oven until done. Cooking time depends on the size of the meatballs and the cooking method. Ensure the meat and rice are fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches at least 74°C.
Serve hot with vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice or your favourite side dish.
